INTENTION TREE ART PROJECT
No art experience required! This art workshop is geared toward releasing judgement, while embracing curiosity and mapping your next creative steps in life. We will take a deep dive into the 3 parts of your tree of life: your roots (who and what grounds you), your branches (your deepest dreams and aspirations), and your sturdy trunk (your true intention or guiding purpose).
PROJECT DETAILS:
Focus on mystery over mastery, as we use spontaneous lines and strokes to design our desired future paths. This free-flowing art activity is guided by intuition and spontaneity. If you’re a seasoned artist, you will let go of method and training, and step into pure fun!
Supplies include masking fluid, felt tipped waterproof pens, and watercolors, as we draw and paint spontaneous free forms and patterns to bring clarity to our own future endeavors and ambitions.
Finished artwork can serve as both proof of your innate creative power, and as a compass for your intuitive calling in the future.

More about Gianna:
Gianna Vallefuoco is a certified mindfulness instructor, entrepreneur, and lifelong artist. As Co-Founder of Vallefuoco Contractors, she has helped thousands of clients create intentional living spaces using tile and stone for over 27 years. In 2015 she founded Disability Inclusion Guild®to help break social barriers for the disability community. She also began teaching mindfulness to cultures facing burnout, including leadership teams, police, and the construction work force. After years of working with first responders on de-escalation and crisis intervention, she created Wisdom On Tap® mental fitness training to help unsuspecting cultures overcome burnout and harness creativity. She focuses on three building blocks; nervous system regulation, human connection, and creative mindset. This involves principles from mindfulness, art, psychology and neurobiology to change the collective mindset one mind at a time.
