Play ball! Join us for a special outing to watch Bethesda Big Train take on the Silver Spring- Takoma Thunderbolts --  Main Street Connect will be highlighed as a community hero at the game and attendees registered through Main Street will receive a free meal and drink voucher!

How do I get my ticket(s)? 

  • Once you have registered for the event Main Street will reserve a ticket in your name. 

  • A Main Street staff member will meet you at the ticket counter at 6:00 pm on the evening of the game to give you your paper ticket for entry and meal voucher.

 

What if I have a support person? 

If you would like to bring a friend/family member/support person, you must purchase a ticket for them through registration. You can register them at the same membership level as you. They will not be able to enter the ballpark without at ticket. 

  

What happens if I buy a ticket but can't go? 

Refunds will be given for cancelations made by June 21. Any cancelations after that date will not be refundable. 

  

How do I get to Shirley Povich Field?

Each person is responsible for their own transportation to and from Shirley Povich Field. 

  • You are encouraged to make plans with others going to the game, but Main Street is not coordinating any transportation. 

  • Shirley Povich Field is Ride On bus accessible. Check out Ride On's trip planner here.. 

  • We will meet at the ticketing gate at 6:00 pm for entry into the park.

  • Main Street attendees will be sitting in a group of seats located in the first base grand stand, rows D-F. 

  • We will be taking a group picture with the Community Heroes Banner in between the early innings of the game... Wear your Main Street gear if you have it! 

  • There will be wheelchair accessible seating for attendees, please let us know if you are intending to use accessible seating.

  

Will there be Main Street staff at the game? 

 

  • There will be Main Street staff at the game, but they will not be there as support staff.
